Revenue Cycle Assistant
Responsibilities
Moderate in Excel or higher
Analytical
Organized
Managing invoices
Contract Billing
Data entry
Researching and rectifying account discrepancies
Reconciling and balancing general ledger accounts
Assisting with full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
Executing other related duties and partaking in special projects as assigned
Assisting with audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audit
Preparing monthly journal entries
Requirements – Experience with high volume data entry
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
At minimum, 1 year of relevant accounting experience
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
3C experience
Accounts Receivable (AR) experience
Expertise in account analysis
Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
An AA or BS/BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business suggested
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred
