Compensation: $43-47 per hour – WEEKLY PAY!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage the accounting functions of the school by maintaining the accounts payable, updating the general ledger, and reconciling of the school’s bank account.
Prepare the school’s internal operating budget and establish timelines and deadlines which assure timely submission of the budget.
Prepare various reports and statistical data outlining the school’s financial position in areas of income and expenditure, and oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of financial data.
Assist in the establishment of system-wide policies and procedures which ensure resources are used in the most effective and efficient manner.
Ensure proper payroll accounting principles and standards are followed.
Facilitate a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds.
Here’s What You Need To Apply:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of related experience; minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
Knowledge of finance major functions of accounting, budgeting, and payroll
Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
