Pay starts at $20.35/hour As the Customer Service Representative, you will focus on National Account statement billing and provide professional customer service and collaborate with shop and service center personnel to resolve issues.

Full health insurance benefits on day one Life and disability insurance Earn up to 13 days PTO over the course of your first year 9 paid company holidays 401(k) option with company match Education assistance What you’ll do on a typical day: Communicate and coordinate with terminal and shop locations about commercial invoicingAvailable for phone calls and/or video call during set work hoursRecognize and resolve documentation errorsPerform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing Review billing statements for accurary and process for paymentResolve invoice matching issues within the AP system What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you’ll need: 2 years of customer service experienceStrong computer, typing and 10-key skills Experience with Microsoft Office Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends It’d be great if you also have: Transportation experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills This job requires the ability to: Walk and/or stand for extended periods of time in a climate-controlled office environment Be part of something big.
