The Finance Director is responsible for developing and delivering exceptional finance & accounting strategies, both tactical and strategic, that deliver positive impact and best practice outcomes for their respective global division and the wider organization. They will advise leadership on overall business performance, management, and commercial growth strategy in support of the global practice area and organizational objectives by delivering and implementing value-add, data-driven solutions. They will lead a team of finance professional in delivering results in the current structure, while contributing to the broader organization effort to communize processes, introduce best practices, reduce redundancies, and centralize support functions. This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid schedule with the ability to work remotely 4 days a week, and in our Philadelphia area office 1 day per week.
Financial Support and Accountability:
· Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes for respective areas of responsibilities.
· Drive budget and rolling forecast processes for respective areas of responsibilities.
· Provide analysis and insight to finance leadership in overall support of the organization.
· Maintain professional standards and IFRS/GAAP compliance in all activities and locations, and promote best practice via a comprehensive suite of internal policies and procedures.
Business Support and Oversight:
· Support business leadership in (1) interpreting the results of their respective business area, (2) help influence business decisions through data driven analysis, (3) ensure proper financials controls and (4) drive accountability in meeting organizational and business specific goals and objectives.
· Recommend, implement, and deliver strategic initiatives to improve business performance and to support the business’s ability to meet and exceed targets.
Team oversight and support:
· Ensure team is meeting the needs to the organization, is working with a continuous improvement mindset, delivering on timelines and deliverables.
· Lead and develop a best-in-class Finance Team in the context of the Global Finance team needs, which is fit-for-purpose as the business expands.
· Select and retain talented people within the finance function, with the appropriate mix of specialist skills.
Drive Organization Objectives
· Partner with other finance leaders to execute on centralization efforts of transactional areas.
· Partner with Enterprise Applications Group and the broader finance team to execute, deliver and drive the implementation of ERP as part of a broader enterprise-wide project.
· Partner in the delivery of other key organizational objectives as the business continues to grow, expand, and mature.

· Build effective working relationships with the wider finance and business teams to facilitate shared learning and support.
