Here at Dayton Job Corps Center, we support their mission by teaching eligible young people, the skills they need to become employable and independent, and place them in meaningful jobs or further education.
Students here have access to room and board while they learn skills in specific training areas for up to three years. The program helps them to complete their high school education, trains them for meaningful careers, provides transitional support services, and assists them with obtaining employment.
Job Corps graduates either enter the workforce or an apprenticeship, go on to higher education, or join the military.
Purpose : Responsible for producing various reports and control of all financial matters pertaining to the center under the direction of the F&A Director.
Administers all accounting procedures and manages all financial accounts using manual and automated systems.
Your Responsibilities :
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business administration or closely related field.
Experience : At least two years of related experience. Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements
Skills / Abilities :
Minimum Eligibility Qualifications
Additional Requirements : Must have valid driver’s license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
