Finance Manager – $100,000 to $115,000
Great opportunity to join an excellent small-to-mid-sized company in Lancaster County as their Finance Manager. This role will directly manage a team of 2 individuals and it is important to know that this will be a working manager position.

Some of this role’s responsibilities include:
Managing the monthly close process
Managing the AP/AR/Payroll process and overseeing process for accuracy. Also serving as backup when needed
Working and coordinating with outside accounting firm on audit an tax needs
Responsible for banking relationship and cash management process
Overseeing the company’s entire GL process
Preparing financial statements
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience. Experience in a manager / supervisor role is also preferred. Proven success with financial statement prep and analysis will also be critical.
