MARKETING COORDINATOR

Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team with a primary focus on supporting McClung-Logan with effective marketing, communications, and advertising programs.
The ideal candidate will have a marketing background and strong project management and organizational skills. This is the perfect position for a proactive self-starter who wants to contribute and gain valuable experience marketing a well-established and growth-oriented organization.
This position is preferably based in Richmond, VA.
Essential Job Functions :
Assist Marketing Manager with developing marketing programs that improve the customer experience and support the company’s business objectives.
Assist with the management of digital marketing initiatives including SEO / PPC, website development and maintenance, and targeted email communications.
Develop content in the form of videos, photos, and text, for social media campaigns promoting McClung-Logan’s products and services.
Manage the sourcing, fulfillment, and inventory of company branded apparel and promotional items.
Assist with website maintenance, content management, and content creation.
Manage planning and coordination for company events and trade shows.
Manage and prioritize memberships with relevant industry associations, corporate sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives.
Work closely with key manufacturer partners to drive product growth, measure market share performance and manage marketing co-op programs.
Assist with the development of company presentations.
Develop designs and graphics related to the creation of signage, brochures, digital art, etc.
Assist with management of customer satisfaction program and related data analytics reporting.
Occasional travel to company branches and events.
Additional duties as assigned.
Education & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field and 1 to 3 years marketing experience preferred.
Work effectively with marketing agencies, vendor partners, and manufacturer contacts.
Must be a proactive self-starter with keen attention to details.
Ability to work cohesively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft office is essential. Experience with graphic design (e.g., Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator), search engine optimization (SEO), paid-per-click (PPC), Google Analytics, WordPress, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, are requireed.

An action-oriented self-starter, able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong relationship builder with good team management skills.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
This position mostly involves sitting or standing, but there may be tasks that involve lifting or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
