learn more at www.publicpartnerships.com).ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities & Duties : Independent daily monitoring, internal distribution, and rapid response, (with guidance) to : Social media questions and comments about our programs, products, and servicesBetter Business Bureau reviews and complaintsGoogle Business reviews and questionsCareer portals / employment reviewsMobile app reviewsMultiple shared Marketing / Customer Service email accounts linked to incoming inquiries from specific programs and initiativesProducing an organized flow of social media content, relevant and valuable to PPL’s audiences through the ongoing maintenance and production of a content calendar and organization and flow of supporting visual digital assetsMonthly tracking and reporting of : Inbound online feedback from all social channelsInbound websites Contact Us requestsRating levels, and numbers of complaints / reviewsCompetitor social activity and dataAssisting with Account Management and Business Development Team sales support requestsMeeting monthly Finance deadlines to account for department credit card expensesProcessing and paying vendor invoices in a timely fashionQualifications : Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of questions and feedbackExcellent communication and presentation skillsPossess confidence to push back and challenge internal processes to deepen outstanding customer serviceAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyOutstanding attention to detailComfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, quickly changing environmentAbility to analyze and present content and social performanceFamiliarity with Marketing CRM systems and practices is a plusFluent in English required, bilingual a plusQualificationsEducation : High School degree or equivalent required;
