Job Description
Your Role
We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead Invesco’s FP&A – Corporate Functions team. This team provides strategic and operational finance business partnership to the Global Corporate Functions departments.
The Team partners closely with the Chief Procurement Officer to develop multi-year plans, track savings, and measure return on investment. This role will be responsible for a small team of direct reports and report directly to the Global Head of FP&A at Invesco’s Global Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. Relocation assistance is available.
This position performs a key role in providing financial, operating, and business insight to enable strategic decision making, planning, forecasting, and program execution across corporate functions including Legal, Compliance, Audit, Risk, Finance and Human Resources departments. This role is responsible for directing and managing all aspects of financial planning & analysis activities for these areas.
As part of the FP&A leadership team, this role will work in an open, inclusive, and collaborative environment, alongside key stakeholders from across Invesco. The Head of FP&A role is a critical and highly visible role, requiring an ability to develop and maintain strong working partnerships with senior business leaders and decision makers (to include the CFO, General Counsel, and Chief HR Officer), manage a high-performing FP&A team, and advising other stakeholders across Invesco.
