Office Administrative Assistant fulfilling a variety of office and administrative duties. As the Office Administrative Assistant, you will make the first impression of our organization and make all of our employees, clients and guests feel welcome! This role is responsible for the front entry area and for welcoming and signing in visitors, both suppliers and customers, as well as answering/directing phone calls and maintaining adequate levels of office supplies. Candidates will provide support to two leaders of the organization. This role will report to the HR department.
