Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Finance and Accounting and will have demonstrated the ability to manage and lead a financial department.
The Finance Manager will collaborate with the executive management team to analyze department finances and develop budgets that will meet the company’s financial needs.

Responsibilities :
1. Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department.
2. Assist in company-wide budgetary planning.
3. Ensure that all of the company’s financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
4. Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future.
5. Interpret complex financial information and provide updates and information as needed.
6. Monitor, manage, and prepare financial reports (annual reports, monthly closing reports, forecasting future revenues, etc.).
7. Supervise financial assistants and other employees in the facilitation of day-to-day operations, including tracking financial data, invoicing, payroll, etc.
8. Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis.
9. Seek out methods and practices to minimize financial risk.
10. Contract auditing services to ensure financial monitoring is up-to-date.
11. Create and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors, including banking institutions and accountants.
12. Update and implement financial policies and procedures.
13. Maintain a policy manual for the finance department.
14. Work with human resources employees to secure candidates who will be an asset to the finance department.
15. Establish and implement a training program for new finance employees.
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
2. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices.
3. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
4. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP).
5. An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
9. A BSc / BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc / MA is a plus.
10. Proficient understanding of business principles and practices, superior attention to detail, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
11. Experience with cash management and risk assessment.
12. Strong knowledge of GAAP.
13. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
14. Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
15. Ability to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
16. A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
17. Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
