CORDIA has been retained by a local, privately held, PE-backed business to identify its next CFO.
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will direct all finance and accounting functions, including detailed financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and other financial decision-making to maximize operational and cash-flow performance.
Our retained client is seeking a results-oriented financial executive with a distinguished technical background and experience directing a private equity-backed portfolio company and managing a broad set of financial, accounting, and operational functions. The CFO will also be responsible for maintaining the Company’s accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives.
