Job Descriptions:
Finish Data Entries for Daily Financial Transactions
Assist with Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, Cash/Credit card Payments and Deposits
Finish General entries and Bank Reconciliation
Understand the Allocation of Expenses to clients and jobs
Maintaining Filings and Documenting Financial Records
Help with Cash receipts and make deposits in the bank
Other Duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills:
Minimum Two Years Experience In Bookkeeping
Proficiency in QuickBooks Software, minimum 2 years experience
Familiar with Word Applications, Excel, and Adobe and ability to learn quickly the new accounting platform.
Understand cash basic accounting standards and other accounting knowledge
Produce work with a high level of accuracy
High attention to detail
Good communication and excellent teamwork skills
