We are looking for entry level candidates that possess the ability to assist with work plan reporting and process financial transactions. Main responsibilities include but not limited to, processing payments, manage actual, budget & forecast reports, reconcile bank accounts and respond to business partners requests for adhoc analysis. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are required. Key responsibilities: Support full accounting cycle for the month-end closings and prepare financial statements. Oversee all full cycle accounting functions (A/P, A/R, Payroll, Account Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations, Journal Entries) Work closely with operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure that all sales, inventory transactions, costs and expenses transactions flow through QuickBooks successfully and that the accounting is consistent with financial reporting. Responsible for sales, inventory and costing, credit card collections, and other account reconciliations Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. Review and approve sales orders for wholesale ensuring data is entered completely and accurately by sales team to ensure proper revenue recognition. Generate customer invoices and credit memos. Ensure appropriate discounts are applied. Support continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools Respond to ad hoc requests from business partners regarding detailed expense analysis to understand trends, allocation drivers. We’d love you to have: 1-2 years of experience working in accounting or financial planning, preferably in beauty or related categories. A self-starter capable of working independently but also as part of a team Ability to proactively present and escalate ideas, suggestions, and problems. Hands-on, practical problem solving, and ability to complete tasks within set timeframes. Building and maintaining relationships. Fluent English.
