The marketing specialist supports two company partner’s workflow in requesting marketing funds as well as applying program rules to review and improve partner’s marketing plans.
In addition, the marketing specialist drives event marketing, coordinates marketing plan reviews, and handles ad hoc marketing support requests.
The marketing specialist prioritizes North America and Latin America’s consumer and commercial marketing programs as well as worldwide event marketing.
The role interfaces with internal teams as well as partners to support partner’s workflow in requesting marketing funding.
This role is part of the worldwide marketing team, reports to the team leader and supports the worldwide marketing licensing and operations lead.
Responsibilities : Partner Funding Request Workflow Management : Understand and apply program rules.Coordinate the workflow, evaluate partner funding request plans, and provide feedback to improve marketing plan quality.
Stakeholder Management : Establish and maintain relationships with approximately 20 stakeholders across internal and external partner teams.
Schedule and conduct internal and external tracking and update calls with stakeholders.Marketing Support, Project Tracking and Reporting : Manage project milestones and proactive resolve issues.
Communicate status updates as appropriate across workstreams and activities.Provide ad hoc support for market activities as needed including reporting and analysis.
Research and provide solutions including refining playbook documentation as appropriate.Event Planning : Build and maintain worldwide marketing event calendars.
Plan for overall event sponsorship, company participation and attendance.Event Orchestration and Management : Create and own planning ROB prior to all events, and own execution of the workback schedules.
Logistics management support for all partner events.Preliminary work to lay the groundwork for the Tech Conference with its 3rd year focused on students, faculty and administration, IT, and Senior Leadership.
Track action items including working with creative logo approvals, briefing schedules, and all items leading up to the event.
Preferred Skillsets : Strong written and verbal communication skills, experienced in executive summaries.Project and workflow management expertise.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts such as marketing funnels and advertising.The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $23.
09 – $25.65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
