About the work : The Marketing Specialist will help design, create, and supervise marketing projects. The Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with other marketing and sales professionals to implement innovative campaigns for branding or product launches.
Duties may involve researching target audiences, reviewing data from campaign results to add to future reports, and assisting in brand uniformity.
The specialist will have a deep understanding of the market growth rates, industry competitors, and possible barriers to entry.
The Marketing Specialist’s goal is to promote our brand in a meaningful way.What you will do…Collaborate with sales to identify region / market-specific marketing campaign opportunities (brand, demand gen, messaging, outreach, etc.
Work with marketing demand gen leader to craft and execute targeted marketing programs and campaigns.Support demand gen leader with marketing tactics, including email development, program planning, coordination of third-party programs, etc.
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaignsDiscover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
Document and execute standard processes to improve demand generation marketing operational efficiency.Help in outbound and inbound marketing activities such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.Who you are (minimum requirements)…Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.
2-5 years experience in Marketing or related field.B2B marketing experience.Experience working with sales teams.Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
