Compensation for this position is in the $75k range to $85K range depending on qualifications and experience.
Summary :
The Marketing Manager (Outreach) provides a vision and long-term strategy to develop the AFSPA brand, recruit new members and engage current members, eligible federal agencies and stakeholders through outreach and educational activities and products.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Duties & responsibilities of the Marketing Manager (Outreach) include, but are not limited to the following :
at qualifying agencies to promote AFSPA’s services. *
vendors, deciding upon annual ad strategy and ensuring delivery of outreach materials and ads. In addition, ensure all ads appear on the agreed upon timeframe throughout the year and receive year-end and after-event analytics and supporting documents such as event photos. *

Education / Experience :
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; and a minimum of seven years of related experience and / or training;

Work Location :
The following are work locations that AFSPA utilizes : New Carrollton, Maryland Satellite Office; Washington, DC Headquarters;
and hybrid remote. This is not a fully remote position. Work location will be assigned and / or changed based upon business need and at Management’s sole discretion.
