The Supply Chain Finance Manager will provide financial planning, analysis, and controllership support for the Global Shipping Alliance (GSA) and T&L (Internal travel and living expense management) organizations. This role will partner with the Indirect Commodity Sourcing Manager to provide all aspects of finance and accounting support for the T&L and GSA organizations. The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills to serve as a business partner to the Indirect Sourcing team and the self-motivation to help define the newly created finance role to support sourcing initiatives/ organizations created to support GEHC post spin-off from GE.

Manage P&L for GSA partnerships with over twenty external companies.
Ownership of the T&L reporting, supplier rebate programs, and corporate settlements
Support of the annual Target/OP for Indirect Sourcing spend of $4B.
Partner with the Indirect Commodity Sourcing Managers and staffs to develop effective plans to deliver deflation, payment term, base cost targets. Ensure sourcing playbooks are aligned with the global Indirect commodity sourcing teams.
Assume a lead role in the monthly estimating and quarter close process by providing insightful financial analysis, as well as partner with finance teams to drive process improvements that increase forecast accuracy and operational insight. Communicate results and drive consistency and standardization across all GEHC P&L’s.
Develop and present presentations on Indirect Sourcing initiatives for senior leadership reviews.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field with relevant experience.
10 years financial work experience, in increasingly more responsible positions.
Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation
Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
Experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing Confidence / Assertiveness: possess influencing skills across business functions; confidence to approach business leaders with difficult messages and defend position; for example, work closely with business leaders to achieve business objectives.
Basic understanding of financial compliance: SOX, GAAP Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
Clear thinking / problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas
The salary range for this position is $128,000.00 – $192,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
