Store Managers receive an on the job education . There are fully immersed in a 1 to 2 million dollar business operations. Store Managers are expected to manage food costs, The food cost management plan includes minute by minute coaching , hands on execution, and performing weekly inventories. Store Mangers will also be held accountable for enthusiastically achieving labor goals. The labor plan includes high level coaching, tactically meeting daily labor goals, and easily ending the month under budget.
