Brown & Brown is seeking a Small Commercial Account Executive for our Central Florida office(s)!
Summary:
The Small Commercial Account Executive position generates new business production through the sale of small commercial insurance products and also provides customer service duties for customer accounts and transactions in support of the production of the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Prepare and negotiate fee-based pricing of services, ensuring account profitability for the scope of service and costs associated with the client service agreement.
Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the client’s needs, including risk and the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.
Correspond and maintain contact with State Agencies regarding new and renewal business.
Responsible for the day-to-day account management of client accounts.
Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages or their equivalent.
Meet requirements for licensing as directed by the branch/agency.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
