UNHS – Assistant Director for Marketing & Recruiting
Job Description Summary:
Responsible for designing, directing, implementing and reporting of marketing and recruitment campaigns for the University of Nebraska High School. The responsibilities of this position include supervising staff and using data to make appropriate management and resource decisions to achieve recruitment goals. Manage business relationships with key account customers, and identify top organizations nationally and internationally for the High School. Deliver customer focused, quality presentations to groups and individuals. Represent UNHS at national/international educational conferences. Communicate with internal and external customers demonstrating product and industry knowledge. Grow UNHS through increasing enrollments with current and new customers. Train and share sales/marketing techniques with UNHS team members.

Qualifications:
LEVEL OF EDUCATION, YEARS & TYPE OF EXPERIENCE: Bachelor s in business, marketing, education or related field plus four years sales or recruitment experience required. Experience must demonstrate strong interpersonal communications and presentation skills. Computer (PC) skills essential.
Equivalent combination of education, experience, that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
