Leads and manages the fiscal affairs for multiple physician practices in the Community Outreach entity within OSU Physicians (OSUP) under the shared direction of the Director of Business Processes and the Director of Community Outreach.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial statements. Must be capable of balancing multiple competing priorities. Ability to work independently with minimal direction. Must be capable of working in teams and building productive team relationships. Ability to work with and communicate financial information to multiple levels of leadership. Requires successful completion of a background check. Willingness to travel to department locations regularly.
Preferences: Financial management experience in a health care setting. Prior experience with healthcare finance and/or revenue cycle in a physician practice. Strong data analysis skills and demonstrated ability to work with large data sets. Prior experience with lean process improvement.
