Our local client with 150+ years of service to the Portland community seeks a strategic, forward-thinking CFO/COO to join their passionate and mission-oriented team. Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation activities.
- Oversee loans/investments and prepare financial models.
- Research, assess, and recommend changes to improve processes and compliance.
- Ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and financial goals.
- Support additional teams and facility operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience including 5 years of leadership/supervisory responsibility.
- Strong business acumen and exposure to handling facility operations; non-profit experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting/modeling, and budgeting.
- Tech-savvy with MS Office Suite and financial reporting software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitys
