Job Description
This Role is an Interim position, not a permanent posting.
The accounts receivable clerk will process invoices daily for all lab locations and have primary responsibility for client account balances. A typical day for an AR Clerk would entail compiling and sending daily invoices alongside tracking account balance information and contacting clients with past due amounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Compile, correct and send all invoices daily
· Review and verify client account balances
· Send monthly statements ensuring accuracy
· Enter new client and payment data
· Contact clients about past due balances
· Report sales data to appropriate contacts
· Accommodate client-specific invoicing requirements
· Track and report key metrics
· Respond in a timely, professional manner to clients via phone and email
· Identify opportunities for process improvement
· Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins CEI; We perform other tasks as needed across departments including login for sample receipt and data entry.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a fast-paced work environment

Additional Information
Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cary, North Carolina are encouraged to apply. Starting hourly compensation is $17 / HR
