As our Finance Manager, you will be an integral part of our Finance team; leading the Financial Analyst team, and managing the forecasting and budgeting processes. This role operates with a high level of independence and responsibility.
The Role:
Provide leadership and direction for the financial analyst team
Take the lead in forecasting and modelling work in support of strategic goals
Oversee the budget process, including the relationships between financial analysts and their business partners
Manage the overall financial reporting both those regularly required (monthly, quarterly, etc) as well as ad hoc requests
Build positive relationships between finance and ther rest of the organization
Skills and Experience:
Prior experience managing in a finance or accounting area
Strong background in FP&A, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
Ability to have difficult conversations.
