These are new roles within the CSBB Growth Marketing organization, driving new customer and balance growth profitably. This role is critical in helping CSBB deliver on new-customer and deposit growth targets via effective development and implementation of growth marketing strategies. These roles will lead a cross-functional team across campaign management and execution, channel execution, and analytics. The ideal candidates are highly quantitative, curious and can collaborate with an innate performance mindset.
