Processing payroll using time keeping and Setting up direct deposit and wage garnishments in payroll system.
Payroll activities as assigned by legally required federal, state and local taxes, Social Security contributions and other deductions.
Act in response to verification and inquiries for unemployment and other payroll-related data.
Co-ordination with Handling state agencies for unemployment & Revenue withholding taxes
Vendor management using Quick Book.
Handling Recruitment Agencies
Responsible for all A/R and A/P activities.
Working on Online Quick-Books for Monthly and Semi Monthly Invoices.
HR operations
Employee Relations
HR Processes & Policies
HR Compliance, Employee Benefits & Welfare
Visa Co-ordination
Maintain employee records and files.
Taking care of Health and other insurance
Investigations issues pertaining to employee’s concerns.

Salary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
