Account Manager in Charlotte, NC
We are seeking an enthusiastic and tenacious individual to join our team as an Account Manager. The primary responsibility of an Account Manager is to bridge the gap between our customers and partners. In this position, you will focus on building your own book of business and expanding our customer base by creating logistics solutions that offer their customers the most cost-effective way to move their inventory.
***100% ONSITE, no remote or hybrid work option***
Base salary: 45-50k (plus uncapped commission on top)

Effectively maintain a pipeline to generate revenue to meet or exceed goals and expectations
Perform a minimum of 50 cold calls per day
Understand market trends and conditions to offer competitive solutions to our customers
Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers
Additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements for an Account Manager
Sales or account management experience preferred but not required
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Confident decision-making skills
Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
Ability to be 100% in person on-site
Ideal Account Manager candidates will possess :
