CRCCS is seeking a detail oriented individual to take the reins at our front desk. The front desk is the caption of our ship! This position handles all of our scheduling, calls, emails, and texts for both the rescue division and the training division. This position serves as the friendly, professional “first face” that all of our clients, donors and volunteers see when they walk in the door. Our programs have grown exponentially therefore this job is busy, all day, every day. There is a lot of room for growth!!
This is not a quiet office job with extended periods of down time. This job is up tempo with lots of people and animals needing help. Days are busy with lots of activity. You will be moving around and handling multiple things at once. Days go by fast!
Job responsibilities and activities include but are not limited to:
The individual at the front desk plays a very critical role for our organization, helping us run smoothly and efficiently in saving lives, helping people in need, and maximizing what we can do with both time and money. The front desk is also the first face that people will come into contact with when inquiring about behavior training, adoption, volunteering or adopting. This position is the initial face of the organization so excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional presentation are a must.
