Concept provides multi-channel lead generation solutions to grow our B2B client’s sales pipelines including; sales development, digital marketing, & CRM and marketing technology consulting.
Position
Summary:
Concept is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our growing company to support our sales and marketing efforts along with an internal communication strategy to Concept’s team members.
Essential Functions:
Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns and implementation of tasks related to attracting and converting traffic, optimizing website content, marketing campaigns and automation/lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Measures and reports performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing performance against goals, costs per outcome, and insights that can be applied to future campaigns using a solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.
g.
Google, HubSpot, Salesforce) Act as the owner of our website performance with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience.
Responsible for the production, management, and organization of original marketing content, including case studies, PR, white papers, web copy, blog posts, webinars, and other materials.
Analyze website and user behavior data to continually improve conversion rates.
Work closely with sales team to strategize and execute projects from concept through completion to generate sales-qualified leads.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and developments.
Be the point of contact for related vendors and agencies, as needed.
Develop and deploy an internal communication strategy for Concept to ensure employees are informed and engaged in the strategy, successes, and objectives of the company.
This role will work closely with HR and executive leadership to drive consistent messages throughout the organization to motivate, engage and empower employees Requirements:

years of experience in marketing in a B2B environment with a demonstrable track record of success in driving significant results and business growth.
Creative thinker who can deliver content that elevates our brand in support of business/marketing objectives Strong understanding of digital analytics and metrics with the ability to interpret to make key decisions.
Knowledge of SEM, PPC, Inbound Marketing Strategies, Social Media, Keyword Optimization Tools, and Google Analytics.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Able to effectively manage a variety of projects and timelines simultaneously Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Experience with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot Platform
