You dream of revenue generation. You can take a business idea from an executive whiteboard session (which you will participate in), to research, through to implementation. You appreciate systemization and are excited about the opportunity to build functions, channels, and products that scale – to infinity and beyond! The things you’ll be doing…
Build out distribution channels to support the company’s agent referral and B2B strategies.
Seek what we are missing, and who the industry is missing, in our mission to enable responsible homeownership.
Research and raise capital to support new financial products.
Oversee the company’s pricing strategy
Build a hyper-local home financing strategy, including leveraging the suite of state bond and down-payment assistance programs for first time home buyers. And if inspired, build your own to support Tomo’s nationwide efforts.
Working with consumer financial data to chart the fastest path to loan approval
Find opportunities in the ecosystem. We want you to grow a network of like-minded companies, digital or analog, looking for a purchase mortgage solution.
The things you’re a GOAT at…
Pitching and iterating on business strategy at the executive level. You are going to be in front of a lot of CEOs, COOs, CROs.
Genuine and intense curiosity about the housing ecosystem
Commercial and strategic thinker – apply concepts to generate revenue.
Quantitative – be familiar enough with analytical tools to hold your own in a room of data scientists
Leading cross-functional working groups to implement a new product or channel

Fixed income background
Prior experience in fintech or housing
5+ years in finance, capital markets, pricing or investment banking
