Looking for an EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE MANAGER. We are growing and need an automotive F&I leader to help our team boost their sales volume.

REQUIREMENTS

Some automotive finance management experience is required for this position. Top applicants will have prior F&I experience, background with automotive finance relationships, and proven track record of high volume sales with service contracts and other finance products. Qualified applicants need to be high energy, outgoing, and willing to work hand in hand with our sales team.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Great attitude and outstanding work ethic.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines
• Maintain good lender relations and evaluate new lender programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Philadelphia, PA 19136: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Dealership experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
