What You’ll Do
Be part of the ONEx Finance team to support the BCS Product Management team, including the executive leadership team to review offers and programs to ensure adherence and alignment to Cisco processes, policies, and Services strategy. Other responsibilities include:
Build financial/forecast models for different architectures supported by insightful data analytics.
Incorporate Renewals and New bookings assumptions based on Hardware and Software split.
Complete Revenue, Costing and Margin analysis with projections to support CX PM
Develop modeling and case analysis to decisions that help drive CX profitability
Develop short/long term profitability forecasts & business plans
Drive pricing analysis, discount controls & financial analysis to improve topline
Provide actionable financial results and analysis to CX executive team
Work closely with Product Management and Finance partners to develop tools for identifying and tracking COGS
Manage & lead stakeholder communication and presentation to leaders, Directors, VP
Build weekly and monthly metrics and reports for senior leadership
Leverage automation tools and processes to simplify tasks
Create insightful data visuals to help stakeholders understand business performance
Provide financial consultation and guidance for acquisitions and divestitures

Who You Are
Minimum requirements and Desired skills?
Our minimum requirements for this role:
BS degree (MBA a plus)
Experience with the CX Services business and/or Product Management highly sought
10+ years of related financial experience
Knowledge of Cisco’s business models, product & architectures
Skills Required:
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Able to work effectively under time pressure and be able to communicate the meaning of data being presented
Ability to influence collaborators and facilitate risk-based decision-making
Capable of working cross functionally with teams and commit to deadlines, encouraging an upbeat environment
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Highly proficient in excel, Cisco’s financial tools and power point.
