Lead Finance Analyst – AGP Governance

This role will report to the Senior Finance Manager, AGP Governance part of the Medical Devices (MD) Principal Costing CoE.
Responsibilities and scope of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Leading a team of 1-2 experienced finance professional(s)
Supporting execution of PIC COE projects in collaboration with key stakeholders (Business Unit Finance, Intercompany Pricing and JJIT)
Independently governing PIC COE selected projects including but not limited to participation in project meetings, tracking of the project status and issue monitoring and resolution.
Maintenance of the MD Supply Chain Affiliate Gross Profit (AGP) Tool and related master data for selected franchise(s). The AGP Tool is a Tableau front ended technology which consolidated MD inventory and commercial sales from ~ 20 individual ERPs into one application
Governance, calculation and reporting of the MD Supply Chain Profit in Inventory Reserve for selected franchises (total MD SC PII for all franchises ~ USD 4 Billion reserve)
Performing SOX 404 compliance controls for the AGP Tool including key controls around Supply Chain Master Data, including evaluating potential ways to streamline the SOX 404 compliance controls for the AGP tool ensuring no risk to compliance, and secure alignment from Internal and External Audit
Partnering with key stakeholder groups (Business Unit Finance, Intercompany Pricing, JJIT, ERP rollout and SigniFi teams) to shape the future end state for the AGP Tool and the calculation of the MD Supply Chain Profit in Inventory reserve
Supporting PIC COE projects in collaboration with key stakeholders (Business Unit Finance, Intercompany Pricing and JJIT)
Qualifications
A minimum of a BA/BS degree or relevant qualification is required in Accounting, Finance, or other business discipline.
A minimum of 4 years of professional working experience in Accounting, Finance and/or Auditing is required.
Ability to effectively lead and coach a team and/or willingness to grow in this area
Experience with project governance is preferred
Compliance background and/or willingness to grow in this area
Excellent analytical, technical skills (Excel) and digital analytics skills (Power BI, Alteryx or Tableau) and passion for process improvements through digital analytics/system implementation
Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Team player, natural in networking within Finance, IT and across Supply Chain teams
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and change while effectively supporting the team and stakeholders
