Polly is a rapidly growing company in the Automotive and InsurTech space. Polly’s web-based insurance platform provides a strategic value-add to auto dealerships by creating a unique buying experience accompanied by consistent customer savings. Polly’s technology is positioned within auto dealerships, enabling dealership customers to receive insurance quotes during the car-buying process. These customers are then connected to Polly’s wholly owned Insurance Agency, to complete the insurance transaction.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a driven individual, someone organized and performance minded, to join our exciting and diverse team of trail blazers. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for implementation and performance of their assigned strategic dealership accounts. These implementation and performance management efforts may include both direct to dealer relationships, or in coordination with partners. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing our dealer network, lifting user engagement through lead generation, all within a defined market. The Strategic Account Manager is someone who can foster strong business relationships, communicate value, close deals and deliver on our company’s core values of performance and service. They operate at both the strategic and tactical level. They have both a performance mindset and an intuitive feel for optimal processes and quality performance.
Strategic Account Managers are instrumental in driving our company’s growth through dealership sales and performance excellence. As a Team Member at Polly, you are expected to work through our Core Values of Being Real, Curious, Bold, Caring, and Trusting.
