Summary
The Global B2B Integrated Marketing Leader has primary responsibility for overseeing Kimberly Clark Professional’s approach to developing integrated customer-centric marketing and sales initiatives worldwide. Working as part of a new Global Center of Excellence, the Global B2B Integrated Marketing Leader plays a critical role in establishing the “KCP Way” for translating customer journey maps, previous marketing key performance indicators and business needs into end-to-end initiatives that combine online/offline marketing, event, PR, and sales strategies into a holistic effort to achieve business goals. More than a marcom campaign development expert, the Global B2B Integrated Marketing Leader is also an expert at buyer profile development and analytics/optimization. This role is part facilitator, part coach and part guardian of what will eventually be a standardized process for executing key growth initiatives across multiple global regions.
Our ideal candidate has a clear and quantifiable track-record leading omnichannel marketing campaigns for large, global B2B organizations or agencies on behalf of large organizations that include a clear handoff to sales in a B2B environment. Experience developing effective governance processes is important as is good stakeholder management.
This role requires a strong leader with a dynamic personality who can guide a matrixed global organization’s efforts to build new, effective capabilities in end-to-end, lifecycle sales and marketing initiatives. Candidate must be able to earn respect through influence and maintain relationships across global regions and within different global departments.
