The vision of the Walt Disney World Marketing Strategy organization is to be the most imaginative marketers of immersive entertainment, inspiring people worldwide to make their Disney dreams come true. Our ultimate objective is to create consumer demand, visitation, and revenue goals for the Walt Disney World Resort by developing multicultural strategies and communication plans to reach and influence the consumer mindset and behavior. As the Multicultural Marketing Strategy Associate, you will work with multiples teams to determine needs. Diversity and inclusion are top priorities for us, and you will play an important role in this area by supporting the development of the consumer strategies, creative campaigns, and communication plans that support the Disney consumer needs.
