Director, Executive Communications, U.S. Commercial
Summary:
The Director, Executive Communications will lead executive communications for U.S. Commercial organization with the SVP and General Manager, US Hematology and the SVP, General Manager, US Oncology, Immunology and Cardiovascular as primary stakeholders for this role. This individual will work under direction of the Executive Director, U.S. Commercial Communications to build an integrated internal and external communications strategy for the two leaders and will drive its execution, in line with corporate messaging and brand positioning. This role will work closely with the digital and social channel managers and Content/editorial team to ensure strategic audience targeting and measurement. It will also support employee communications and engagement for the U.S. Commercial organization in line with the broader enterprise communications strategy, including Coast 2 Coast 4 Cancer and other initiatives that help drive the culture.
This position requires a sound understanding of the U.S. Commercial business within the BioPharma industry and an ability to interact with senior executives. The individual should be able to energize employees across the organization, positioning Bristol Myers Squibb as a great place to work and a leading biopharma organization with a patient-focused culture.
The position will report to the Executive Director, U.S. Commercial Communications and is based in Princeton, NJ.
