We work very hard to make text messaging the primary communication tool for any business across the U.S. and Canada. Texting is the way the consumer wants to do business. It’s time for businesses to embrace that trend and stop the constant game of voicemails, phone tag, and making customers wait on hold.
We are searching for a strong finance leader to join our team. This position will report directly to our VP of Finance and will take ownership of our FP&A processes.
While Kenect is still a young company, we pride ourselves on accurate, single-source-of-truth data, best-in-class financial actuals and forecasts, and rigorous financial discipline. This position will seamlessly take over existing financial processes, and build out new/improved robust/automated processes to support the needs of a high-growth business.
What you’ll be responsible for:
As a Director of Finance, you will play a key role on the Finance team. You will have direct involvement in building/maintaining a multi-entity financial model. You will work closely with the VP of finance and functional executives to drive strategic alignment and accountability across the business.
You will provide insights into critical SaaS and unit economics metrics, and will identify opportunities for improvement.
We are looking for an ambitious, highly motivated individual who seeks a collaborative, and fast-paced environment. You will have an opportunity to grow your career in a meaningful way but it will require hard work and dedication.
What you’ll work on:
Consolidate the three financial statements forecast and preempt conversations and questions among both internal and external audiences.
Lead the company-wide headcount planning and expense budgeting and forecasting process.
Partner with and hold functional leaders accountable for efficient and accurate spend and resource planning.
