We are an experienced team with highly rated dental offices in San Francisco and Mountain View dedicated to providing exceptional levels of dental care to patients across the Bay Area.
This is a very special opportunity to lead a team that is focused on providing patients with the best care in our beautiful, modern, tech-centric offices. We are looking for a high-energy, customer-centric, results-driven leader to lead an operation of 15 – 20 individuals across both locations to ensure that our offices are continuing to deliver the same 5-star experience we’ve come to be known for.

What we’re looking for
– You are an outgoing, kind and compassionate leader who thrives in a busy environment and believes that keeping things organized by creating protocols and processes is an essential part of getting things done effectively.
– You understand that earning your team’s trust is crucial for being an effective manager and treat all co-workers with respect and dignity. You run staff meetings, create rituals and organize fun events to keep the team motivated. You help mediate conflicts and resolve any staff issues while remaining calm and objective.
– You operate with a can-do attitude and are able to deal with most situations independently and instill the same attitude across all staff members.
– You are extremely customer-centric and obsess over the smallest details to enhance our patients’ experience in the office. You constantly go above and beyond to make each one of our patients feel special. You create and oversee metrics to gauge patient happiness, and use patient feedback to make continual enhancements to the operation.
– You have previous dental or healthcare office management experience (ideally 2 years) with a demonstrated track record of successful leadership and patient service, along with an understanding of treatment planning and insurance claims handling.
– You have very strong computer skills and love tinkering with new software products to streamline your workflow. You are constantly looking for ways to use technology to make yourself and the office more efficient. You effectively use Excel and other tools to design systems and processes to help the team operate efficiently.
– Your integrity is your most important asset and earning and maintaining your team and patient’s trust is of utmost importance to you.
