Serve as a strategic business partner to the President, OE
Participate as a key member of the business unit leadership team in the development of a strategic plan and ensure business plans are aligned with the overall goals of Americas Tire
Lead the Integrated Business Planning and Product Planning financial review processes for OE
Oversee the implementation of the strategic plan to ensure maximum goal attainment
Collaboratively evaluate opportunities for business growth and cost control
Own the Risk & Opportunities forecast submission for the business unit
Lead the budget and forecasting processes
Develop and analyze month-end financial reporting
Develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, analyze insights, and distribute to the organization
Drive process and system improvements around financial reporting and internal controls
Ensure financial results are reported accurately and timely in accordance with established policies
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Accounting
Minimum five (5) years of related work experience
Extensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience
Strong analytical and evaluation skills
Self-starter that takes initiative to complete tasks with minimal direction or guidance
Highly effective communication skills (verbal, listening, and written)
Comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior leaders
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables
Strong convictions and candor, combined with emotional intelligence
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and SAP applications

The Finance Manager, Consumer Original Equipment Tire (OE) is a key financial business partner to the President, Consumer OE and the entire OE organization. The successful teammate will lead all financial analytical activities for OE including ensuring profitable and sustainable growth of the business. This position will report to the Executive Finance Director, Americas Tire Operations and will have a strong dotted line reporting relationship to the President, OE.
