They will oversee daily, weekly and monthly operations and provide excellent customer service while demonstrating the Nellis Auction Core Values. They will guide the facility to accomplish the expected KPI’s and be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.

They will also be available to provide resolution to any customer issues that may arise. They will oversee the hiring and training of staff. College degree preferred
5+ years of successful warehouse management experience required
Proven excellent Customer Service Skills
Must be relocatable
Proven leadership Skills
Being Bilingual is a plus
Ability to be on your feet for the majority of the day
Able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
