Overview:
We are looking for a Director of Finance to join the Global Incentives Finance team. In this role, you will lead one other team member with a focus on expense and headcount reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. This is a key role to help better understand spending and investing. This role will also act as a liaison with the Operations team to drive efficiency and a better understanding of business drivers. Other responsibilities will also include working on the long-range plan; annual, quarterly, and monthly financial planning and reporting processes for the Global Incentives segment. You will partner with key stakeholders on executive level decision making and ensure investments are aligned to strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
Leading the overall expense and headcount function for FP&A
Coordinate with the Operations team to drive efficiency and better understand of drivers
Provide insights on performance and drivers through deep analysis of KPI’s and business drivers
Create and maintain global financial reporting to provide concise, consistent, and actionable analyses
Champion operational rigor. Continuous improvement of various financial reporting and planning processes through cross-functional partnership.
Perform ad-hoc operational and strategic analyses as needed.
Qualifications:
Degree in Finance
12+ years’ experience in Finance; preferably with a strong FP&A background
Experience in managing and developing finance professionals.
Strong business partnership skills. Comfortable interacting with various levels of management
Self-starter and proven problem solver
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong process and detail orientation. Superior organizational skills
Proficient with MS Excel and complex financial models.
