Divisions Maintenance group (DMG) is seeking a highly analytical, talented, and motivated Sr. Finance Manager to be part of our Finance team. This leader will be a key member of a growing team that provides strategic support to key cross-functional partners by leading company-wide business analysis and ad hoc financial special projects. The team is also responsible for driving strategic insight into the business.
We are looking for an experienced leader who is capable of leading through example, who can make high judgement decisions, and establish processes that will lead to informed decisions. This role will continually create ad hoc and project based analysis that will provide insight, leading to top line and bottom line growth, and provide strong customer support and partnership in the process.
Position Responsibilities:
Analyze new technical products that you will build financial models for and ROIs.
Improve business performance by providing financial leadership and dedicated support to internal customers on the product and sales teams at DMG.
Design & execute top line growth and margin leverage strategy for sales teams & for Senior Leadership.
Support and manage ad hoc business analysis lane for corporate and field special projects, large initiatives.
Design and implement business strategy for growth through customer support of multiple business functions.
Hire and develop a team by providing direction and mentoring to new team members.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experienced providing financial modeling for Technical Products.
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy.
Entrepreneurial attitude showing the ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Detail oriented with advanced financial modeling and reporting skills.
Experience with understanding complex process flows and driving process improvements.
Demonstrated financial acumen with ability to model new growth scenarios to help business. partners make sound financial decisions.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to influence decisions at an executive level.
Education and Experience:
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics,
8+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field required
