POSITION SUMMARY
Implement and coordinate division Customer Communication and Marketing programs that create a distinct competitive advantage for our organization. Responsible for the division communication of marketing, loyalty and community plans utilizing sales plans and customer insights. Coach and develop district and stores teams to achieve and execute goals and company strategies. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
