SUMMARY
You’ll be a critical member of our small marketing team working to create PPC and Social Media ads while incorporating SEO strategy, modern design and content writing. This isn’t an average position where you might be restricted to one small piece of the company’s identity, but one where you’ll have influence over design, implementation, and even the overall marketing strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN…
The right person for the job should be highly motivated with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital content campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. You should also be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising, budgeting and graphic design.
Write advertising copy and headlines for paid ads across multiple channels.
Design advertisement graphics for re-marketing and Social Media ads.
Build campaigns, manage ads, and adjust budgeting based on performance.
Analyze conversion data, performance reports, optimize user funnels and other metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Identify and define customer profiles including behavior and interests.
Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking applicants proficient in Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, radio/podcasts, advertising who excel in all areas of each platform. We need a well rounded content writer with a knack for graphic design as it pertains to advertising.
We’re looking for a new voice that can write engaging ad copy and can manage a large adverting budget across multiple platforms.
While your primary focus will be to create and design digital ads, your ability to look at a set of keywords and determine what someone is searching for is crucial.
Must be familiar with current SEO trends
Must be able to design ads using Adobe
Must be proficient in Google & FB Ads
Must have experience with analytical tools
Must have excellent decision-making skills
There is a small portion of non-digital ads that will be required, print and billboard advertising.
