Job Overview:
The Finance Manager for Aurobindo USA will manage our financial reporting for inclusion of U.S. financials into our parent company, Aurobindo Pharma Limited’s, consolidated financials and reporting to India’s securities and other authorities. This position reports into the Assistant Vice President of Finance and is located out of our East Windsor New Jersey offices.
Responsibilities:
Oversee compilation of Financials per Ind AS for reporting to Stock exchanges in India
Manage all Accounting and Reporting operations per Ind AS
Manage the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly financial statements and profitability analysis with required Board Reports for consideration by the Executive Team
Oversee the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, periodic reporting variances with actuals
Provide strategic leadership in Product Cost and Pricing calculations for existing product price changes and new products being launched
Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate required regulatory reporting
Coordinate support of Audit and Reporting teams for month, quarter, and year-end close process
Provide leadership in Process Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Develop plans for revenue and financial growth
Develop policies and procedures to improve efficiencies and reducing costs across the business, debt management, and collection
Develop financial review strategies and provide investment advice
Review and approve work of subordinates
Work closely with upper management and executive teams to share analytical reports
Qualifications – Skills & Requirements:
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to develop high levels of credibility and forge solid and positive professional relationships with peers and upper management
Outstanding Excel and data analytics skills
Self-reliant, problem solver with a natural bias towards continuous operational improvement
Strong financial, analytical, and technical accounting skills with the ability to provide effective financial analysis and insight of implications of operational trends.

Education & Experience:
Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CMA, or CPA)
5+ years of direct experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting leadership
