III. RESPONSIBILITES
Supervise monthly revenue cycle
Manage the onboarding process of newly assigned FMS clients, including training analysts on this process.
Manage and provide oversight for site transition management.
Facilitate and document daily ACH/WIRE Bank Transactions for FMS department.
Work directly with Accounting for ACH/WIRE workflows for FMS Team through reporting and documentation.
Work directly with the Accounting team on an ongoing basis for accuracy of financial transactions.
Play a key role in month end – final invoicing, reconciliations, financials reporting, and revenue accruals; ensure month end process is running efficiently and identify/recommend continuous process improvements.
Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of revenue reporting for assigned team of analysts and associated customers (sites).
Supervise site accounts payable and accounts receivable cycle for assigned team.
Ensure site payments are made in a timely manner and according to contractual terms.
Maintain Site financial relationships.
Assist assigned team with financial reconciliations (both sponsor and site).
Assist Legal Department with CTA Execution for FMS customers.
Review CTAs and budgets to ensure properly negotiation.
Help QA with applicable SOPs on an ongoing basis, utilizing QA log. Responsible for completing the log and identifying areas for improvement.
Verify adherence to SOPs, especially all client reporting and client facing meetings.
Manage applicable client load, problem clients, and new clients.
Successfully work with outside teams (BD & Marketing) on Product Line assessments and new materials to sell/upsell customers.
Provide ongoing team support and assistance as needed.
General Supervision Responsibilities
Responsible for Training & Supervision of Site Financial Analysts and Site Payment Specialists.
Ensure clear division of responsibilities between Accounts Receivable (Analysts) and Accounts Payable (Specialists) for adherence to internal control processes.
Delegate tasks and manage workload on an ongoing basis for Analysts and Specialists.
Identifies, recommends and implements appropriate/necessary training and professional development for self and staff reporting to the position.
Conduct department employee reviews and any disciplinary actions (i.e. verbal/written warnings/performance improvement plans).
Monthly documented employee one on one meetings.
Help others be productive, grow professionally and meet the needs of Elligo.
Manage the interviewing of new potential candidates.
Manage offboarding FMS team members, as necessary.

IV. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, preferred
Experience with accounting software – NetSuite preferred
Experience with Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS), preferred
Three (3) to Four (4) years of experience in related field or role
Supervisory experience, strongly recommended
Written & oral communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
V. WORKING CONDITIONS
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and must work 37.5 hours each week to maintain full-time status. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
