Technical product marketing:
Develop and distribute effective technical materials and campaigns to clearly articulate the features and benefits of our solutions to the market
Technical content development:
Develop new content for assigned categories or verticals (landing pages, thought leadership articles, social media, blogs, and other digital assets)
Sales support & enablement
Equip sales teams with necessary content and tools to help them have the most successful interactions with potential customers and meet commercial goals
Manage technical collateral development and training for monthly sales activities
Meet regularly with sales and product teams to jointly administer commercial programs
Reporting & Analysis
Quantifiably evaluate all marketing activities by identifying and measuring against key performance indicators for all activities
Report all KPIs in weekly and monthly reporting formats, including loading all metrics to PowerBI for additional analysis
Prepare presentations for Quarterly Business Reviews with product management and marketing leadership
Collaboration
Work with internal teams (including global counterparts) and external stakeholders to create marketing programs that drive consistency of process, brand, and collateral and focus on driving the business through an integrated commercial lens
Coordinate with other members of the marketing team to determine and use appropriate channels such as paid social media, programmatic display, third-party email marketing, etc.
Interface directly with third parties including PR firms, Trade Publications, and other agencies to develop content and execute across channels
Cultivate and manage positive relationships with internal and external teams
What we’re looking for:Essential:
Proven functional and business expert with 6+ years’ progressive industry-related experience in technical product marketing and/or product management
Extensive technical knowledge in the assigned product categories; comfortable with being the expert and authority in those areas
Demonstrated success positioning and launched differentiated products and solutions to meet commercial objectives
Ability to think critically and solve problems with deep customer empathy
Strong writing/communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting in front of groups, including executive management
The ability and desire to work autonomously, adapt when necessary, and stay focused on priorities when distractions are a certainty
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Bachelor’s degree and/ or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desirable:
Experience working with and managing third-party resources
Strong understanding of current and desired customer base
Familiarity and experience with B2B industry-related publications/media platforms
Experience using Google Analytics (or similar web analytics platforms) to measure results
