PRODUCT MANAGER

Who is KODE?
Kode Health is an early stage healthtech company looking to change the way coding is done- building a marketplace to connect healthcare companies with certified medical coders in a gig environment. The company is stable, profitable, and growing rapidly. Our team currently comprises approximately 70 employees and is looking to expand quickly across product, engineering, and design to support new partners and feature development.
The Product
Our KODE on-demand product will allow certified medical coders to code from the convenience of their homes, picking the hours that they want, and getting paid as early as next day. Our platform strives to reward medical coders by offering flexibility in both how they work and how they are compensated.
We understand as a team what it means to build a product in smart and sustainable ways, and we’re in the process of integrating several committed major partners.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager who is customer-obsessed, passionate about creative solutions and highly collaborative. This role will support a suite of products including our current gig platform and other tooling supporting coding in the hospital setting.
